TEDxShekhavati is curated by Masarat Daud and James Piecowye who are both
based in Dubai.
TEDxShekhavati will take place on January 19, 2010 in
Fatehpur (Sikar, Rajasthan). Please contact us for more details if you’re
interested in attending the event. The entire conference will be in Hindi
(but talks will be subtitled in English when uploaded to YouTube).
Masarat ‘s talk at TEDxDubai inspired many and moved her so much to
see the impact a personal initiative can have on others. She then decided
that in January 2010, when she was going to Fatehpur Shekhavati to teach her
8-Day Academy, she wanted to take the TED inspiration with her. She
discussed the idea with James and TEDxShekhavati was formed!
